For making tea, take fresh watermelon seeds, peel the outer part and grind the inner shell. Or you can also use the peeled seeds available in the market.
- Take two tablespoon of seeds (peeled) and grind them.
- Boil 4 cups of water in a pan and add the seeds powder in boiling water.
